i have been buying from amazon for 21 years. i have been having great success in good products. This mattress broke my near perfect streak. First i brought a 6 inch never got there maybe 4 inch. It came in a plastic bag inflated already. Second had little twist ties. no instructions after about 5-6 phone calls got a hold of an agent. I was told by her to remove them. thusly leaving small holds in the material. Thirdly an inch tear in the material. Fourth wifey found third need like objects protruding from inside. fifth mattress does not stay correctly on the futon. so i decided to start a return. finally between emails i was given ok to return. yes but on my dime. the mattress cost me 100.00 to return around 30.00. Executive decision will give it away, because it had to be in original box. ok there it is. hopefully you guys read this review.Decent for the pricing, but could use a firmer foam core.Even after several days (and now weeks /2 months) of letting it expand it is closer to 4" than 6! Good thing it is just for our kiddo!Not what I expected for the price. Kinda flimsyNot at all worth the money. This didn’t stay in place, it slouched and is completely flat after a month. I’m not at all impressed.You get what you pay for!! If you a $100 mattress you got a $100 mattress. Not bad for the money it cost.I priced futon mattresses and was skeptical of this one because of the price and who knows what it will look like. I needed a comfortable and affordable futon - pronto.This futon was not only the right price, it was the right one. Period. Love it = comfy!The color is correct. It came earlier than exspected. However with how thin it is you can feel the bars underneath which makes it an unsleepable and even an uncomfortable sitting area. It came with a bag tied over it just knotted at the top a d a note that said it was vaccume sealed and to give it a day to plump up. Needless to say because it wasn't vaccumme sealed it'll stay this original thin size. I wouldnt recommend.
