Everything was intact and undamaged. Easy ish to install with one person. Pretty shiny white metal finish. Mt only issue was the bed slats are free sitting when they should have some kind of locking mechanism for sturdiness. Overall it was a good find though.I was super nervous to buy big furniture online and I bought this bed because it was sold by Amazon. And it was a great buy! The instructions are simple and easy to understand. It also comes with a ratchet tool that makes it easy to assemble. I had it put together with a friend in about 30 minutes and would feel confident of doing it myself.
