I've read a lot of negative reviews, but this was not my experience. I purchased this mattress to sleep next to my dog on the floor following her surgery (she usually sleeps in the bed, so I sleep on the floor to keep her from jumping on the bed). Mattress was clean and comfortable. I thought the foam is good quality and the cover is nice to sleep on. I like the size for the small space I have to sleep next to my dog. Reviews are correct when stating that cover does not cover completely (bottom is open). Came with a bag and one black strap. I'm not sure what the strap is for, though. It's not velcro, so it can't be used to tie the rolled mattress prior to inserting in the bag. There were not two black straps as shown in the pictures. Would have been nice to have velcro straps to tie up the rolled mattress for storage, but I have the bag - so I'm not complaining. For the price, this did the job for me. No complaints so far. We will see how it holds up after three weeks of sleeping on the floor.
