Look, no one is going to mistake this bedframe for an antique wrought iron bed or one from an expensive designer -- but it's a good, solid, simple bedframe. I assembled it myself in about an hour with no problems. Instructions were clear, all the parts were there and undamaged, and the tools were included.I've slept on it nightly for about two months, and it doesn't squeak. There are no guards to hold the mattress in place, but my mattress weighs a ton, so it hasn't moved much. Plenty of support bars for the mattress. I went through and re-tightened all the bolts after the first month - and I would definitely recommend doing this yourself, as most of mine had loosened just a bit.There's a huge amount of space underneath this thing! Could be used for storage... but my cats have claimed it as a sheltered playground.It's not a fancy designer bed, but it does what it needs to do.Considering that I live in the middle of nowhere (in the Pacific Ocean) this large package came in so quickly!!!! Things usually take about a week or more to ship in where I’m from and I was pleasantly surprised to see that it came in just about 5 days!!! My room is pretty small so it fits in well, feels sturdy and it looks amazing at the same time! I’m truly happy and satisfied with the product. I decided to build this by myself and it took 2.5 hours but that’s probably just me lol. The instruction manual was very clear and easy to follow for assembling the frame together. This is coming from someone who doesn’t build often LOL. Couldn’t be any more satisfied.I love building furniture, so for me this was 100% awesome. I could see that if you were in a time crunch it would be an issue as it took around an hour to an hour and a half. Definitely worth it though! It has tons of built in support from independent pieces so if something were to break it would be easier to replace. Everything came in great condition and we had an extra of every bolt with easy-to-follow instructions. I will update if any issues arise after prolonged use, but for 2 heavier set people and a heavy dog it works great so far!!Affordable, sturdy, appealing to the eye, no complaints!This was a really good buy. I bought this for my teen daughter’s room and she loves it. I was able to put it together really quickly.I loved how easy this was to assemble. Everything was packaged well, the instructions were straight forward. The bed is adorable and very solid!It's perfectly sturdy for hyper active autistic childrenThe main pieces were all packaged very well and were secured in the box; however, some of the bolt bags were ripped open, so it took some time to organize them all into the correct piles and correct corresponding numbers/letters. The assembly was fairly simple, but frustrating. There are some parts that were tricky to line up, and I had two bolts that would not go into their assigned place. The Allen wrench that came with it is not very strong, so I used my own to make it a quicker process. Otherwise, the bed frame is nice and works well for the space it’s in. Also, the bed does not squeak! Long story short, the end product is worth the hassle of assembly.
